Payments, Duties & Taxes
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Any exchange rate is determined by the customer’s credit card company at the time of purchase. Acceptable forms of payment - Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
The sales tax rate depends on the shipping destination. Both PST (8%) and GST (5%) are applicable on shipments within Ontario. Shipments made anywhere outside Ontario are PST exempt. GST (5%) only is added to the price of books.
Returns, Refunds and Credits
Customers must contact us immediately if for some reason the order is not correct or if they wish to return an item.
Rings specially ordered for a specific size can not be returned.
estore.ekn.ca will only offer a store credit if the customer has contacted us within the seven (7) days to make arrangements for returning an item.
The customer will be contacted when we have received the returned merchandise and the credit has been applied to their store account. The customer must have the original receipt.
Store credit will only be offered and applied to the client’s store account when item is returned. The store credit is kept on their file. There is no expiration date for this credit. The customer may use the credit for another order, shipping/handling or services only if they live in the GTA. The store credit is for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping & handling) to their estore.ekn.ca account. There are no refunds for shipping & handling or return shipping (from the customer to us).
Processing & Shipping Times
estore.ekn.ca endeavors to have your order to you within five (5) to ten (10) business days for Canadian orders. Our American orders may take ten (10) or more business days depending on both the Canadian and US posts service. Our International clientele orders vary from Country to Country. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances in which you may receive your order later than expected. estore.ekn.ca will do it’s best to inform you right away if this situation arises. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, shipping costs for the weight, size and destination of a parcel are charged according to Canada Post calculations.
Becoming a registered user
Customers will need to share some personal information, such as their name, address, e-mail address. They do not need to register to view information on Delineation’s website; however the customer will need to register if they decide they would like to make a purchase.
Making a purchase
When a customer purchases something from estore.ekn.ca, they will be required to supply a billing address, a shipping address, a means of contact (telephone number and/or an e-mail address) and their credit card information for payment.
How estore.ekn.ca protects your information
estore.ekn.ca will never display the customer’s full credit card number, only the last four digits. We strongly urge our customers to protect their privacy as well. Do not share your user name or password with anyone. estore.ekn.ca will never call you and ask for your user name or password.
estore.ekn.ca will use your e-mail address to send out announcements or promotions. When you register you have the option of opting out of receiving these announcements by selecting NO. As always if you change your mind you may subscribe back or have yourself taken off the list in the future.
Children under 13
You may look at our site but you cannot make a purchase. You also cannot become a registered user. Out site is not designed for children and we do not wish to collect any personal information from any of our clients that are under the age of 13.
Errors and Inaccuracies
estore.ekn.ca will always try to provide complete, accurate and up to date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This site may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions – including after an order has been submitted - and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. estore.ekn.ca shall not be responsible for any damages direct or indirect, consequential or otherwise resulting from said errors or inaccuracies.
